There are two examples of the two parody Disney characters for PBS Kids series Arthur.
- Darnold Duck - In Mad Magazine issue #19 called "Mickey Rodent", "Darnold Duck," for example, begins wondering why he has only three fingers and has to wear white gloves all the time. He ends up wanting to murder every other Disney character. Until, the new Arthur character arrived in the Elwood City. Darnold Duck is an anthropomorphic brown duck with her beak and her webbed feet like Donald, her hat like Donald (classic but big sloppy hat), her clothes like Arthur, her hair like D.W., her glasses like Arthur, and her big pot-bellied shape stomach like Mizu Luffy in One Piece. She can talk like Donald Duck. She’s got her friend named Mickey Rodent who is the impressions of Mickey Mouse. If she gets mad, Darnold Duck can quacking and squawking out loud. She is the impressions of Donald Duck.
- Mickey Rodent - Will Elder was making the Mad comic strip called Mickey Rodent (a takeoff on Mickey Mouse and Disney in general). Until, there's another new Arthur character like a mouse. Mickey Rodent is an anthropomorphic brown mouse with her big floppy ears like Dumbo, her hair like D.W., her clothes like D.W., and her feet like Pluto. She can talk like Mickey Mouse. She always being a bully like Binky Barnes because of her mood. And she always blow her thumb to her stomach bigger. She is the impressions of Mickey Mouse.
